The staff was very good, the hotel itself was kind of run down with holes in the hallways and they offer a jacuzzi but there isnt one there and the pool room was cold so dont plan to swim unless you either catch a cold or you like the coller room, the nightclub bartenders were great a little heavy handed but good, the shogun restaurant in the hotel was very good service and very good food.

Breakfast was included in my stay, but when we went for breakfast they day we had to pay. So we went back to the front desk about it they said oh it was not included in my stay but my receipt clearly showed it was. No one came to tidy the room or give us fresh towels. I call before i make reservations to ask about the prices property and the pool they said the pool is working but after couple day i get there they said the pool was done for couple weeks now false advertising. The only we loved was the Stream side balcony i was a great view.

My sister and I each traveled 3 hrs to meet there for our yearly weekend. We both love swimming, picked there bc of indoor pool. Saw on reviews, people were angry that it was closed so I called the hotel TWO TIMES days before our stay and was ASSURED it was open. They lied, it was never reopened. I want a refund or another free weekend

The pool is out of order and that 1 reason I picked this hotel. No free breakfast and that’s the 2nd reason I picked this hotel. The hotel halls smell musty/damp. The door to our room sticks. It’s very hard to open.
