Beautiful tiny house on 7 shady acres right on the main road in Elkhart. Fully equipped house with everything you need, in a cozy, quiet, country setting.

Located in Elkhart, it’s only a 2 minute drive to a Mexican restaurant, a pizza place, and several stores. It’s about 10 minutes to Palestine. So you have easy access to both.

** NEW ** Just completed star gazer deck! Situated perfectly in the trees, the deck is shaded in the afternoon, but open to the north east night sky for stargazing!
The space
The property is right off the main road but thick, natural forest has been left as a greenbelt to keep everything private and quiet.

The property is 7 acres of rolling hills and large hardwood trees, with lots of shade. A live creek runs along the northern border.

Secluded and quiet

My cousin and I enjoyed our stay very much. We were there for a concert, so we weren’t there much. Bed was so comfy, kitchen was stocked with utensils and cooking items. Very cute little place. Will stay again!!!
Stayed 2 nights in May 2025
