Everything is extra (IE coffee pot, dishes, etc) and this not advertised. Extended stays normally provide these. Room was to be upper floor and they gave it away. Check in clerk was very curt in her communicating. Noisy and we ended up with handicapped room where bed was like being on the floor. Then they tried to charge us extra monies when we left telling us they raised the price after we paid for our week. Will not stay here again.

We arrived there around midnight and were welcomed by a very unfriendly front desk worker that walked to us half a sleep and barefoot. She was very unhappy with our late check-in and did not say hi, by or thank you during whole conversation. She was mean and we felt unwelcomed in this hotel. Room was new and clean but the check-in experience left us with unpleasant feelings. I would not stay there in the future.

This hotel is used by contractors and workers. The noise was unbearable and the hotel didn’t address the issue. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were horrible and there was no coffee pot in the room. Positives: Clean, friendly staff

This is a brand new hotel, and there were ants everywhere!!! The walls are very thin. You can hear everything. A lot of riffraff have checked in and they’re staying there for weeks at a time. The hotel is quickly becoming a place for smokers drinkers who don’t have places to live.

The property is brand new. The rooms are spacious and the lobby and common areas are nice. The water pressure in the bathroom sink is very low and definitely needs to be adjusted. The water temperature in the shower never got above lukewarm no matter how long we ran it for. The WiFi is hit or miss. We couldn’t get it the first night, but got it the 2nd night for a bit. The manager was nice and did offer a discount for the WiFi issues.

Clean place to stay in Elkhart

Good place. Lots of “extended stay” guests. Clean and up to date. NOTE: free coffee only from 7am to 11am. Also: Front desk not open from 11pm to 8am (need to dial 500 on lobby phone for afterhour service).
