We got there an hour early, it was understandable that the room wasn’t ready. We were told 20-25 mins. We went back in 35 mins later to be told it’ll be another 20, okay that’s fine, we were early. We go in right at 4:00 - OUR CHECK IN TIME - to be told we had a room clean, but they needed it to be ready in the system. I was told to have a seat & I’d be called for. We waited until 4:35 to go back up, after watching 5 or 6 people get checked in & handed their cards. We were told to go to the back of the line. We didn’t get into our room until 5:00 - ONE HOUR AFTER OUR CHECK IN TIME. We asked for more towels around 8 the next morning, was told they’d be brought up. Just to have a knock on the door at 9:45 (me thinking it’s the towels & jokes about how they’re finally brought 15 mins before check out time. But NO, it was a lady making sure we knew check out was at 10:00…

More than terrible, I wish I could give a 0! The lado at the reception was extremely rude and very unprofessional and impolite; one of the worst experience at a hotel, we are dissatisfied and disappointed with the check in experience, please avoid this place!!!! We don’t understand how a lady with that attitude can be in the hospitality industry, a big mistake!!!

Everything was excellent I wish I had time to enjoy and take advantage of the room I was in and out I didn't have time to just chill and enjoy the luxuries of the bedroom super clean. Front desk staff was excellent Patty I believe was her name was a sweetheart professional courteous really enjoyed her. I also enjoyed the young lady at the bar she was excellent on point courteous make sure that you have what you needed you had the right drink awesome big big thank yous to her and the other staff that was there helping her when things got hectic for a second but they overcame and took care of all of us appreciate it.

It wasn't a horrible experience however I called on the way to Philadelphia to make sure we had a ride. They said yes a Shuttle Bus comes every 1/2 hour. Well after waiting for 45 minutes I called and they there wouldn't be one until 5 in the morning ( this was after midnight) Once we got an uber ride to the hotel they changed our room because the hotel was full and it was " first come, first serve " basis. ( I got the room in October!) Other than that it was fine

I requested 2 double beds and thought we had a pull out sofa, to our surprise the pull out sofa was not in use. One of the beds in the room. Was leaning as if the springs were broken. Needless to say this was the worst experience and I didn't sleep well at all. The breakfast was great though!.
