Great people and services at this property. It was our first trip to Maine for my fiancé and I and it was a great experience. We extended our stay but sadly had to return to Boston to fly back home to Texas. Great vibe and the rooms were amazing and extremely comfortable. Will definitely come back 10/10

Excellent Dog-Friendly Hotel, NO ELEVATOR!

A wonderful DOG-FRIENDLY place to stay near Bar Harbor and Acadia. Room was super convenient with fridge, kitchen sink with soap/sponge, microwave, and lots of counter space which was super helpful for organizing our dog’s stuff and feeding her and cleaning up her bowls and stuff. However, there are some oddities about the hotel. Most notably, there is no elevator, which doesn’t even seem legal lol - we had to lug loads of heavy luggage up and down two flights of stairs, which was really uncommonly irritating, and honestly I can see someone getting hurt trying to do this. Just really unpleasant. No ice machine which is also kind of a drag… cookies at front desk were at first appealing but then I ate one and it tasted like it had been there for weeks. So some fundamentals off, but other than that we recommend and would stay there again (with less luggage…).

We loved the large room with full kitchen, comfortable bed and great kitchen facilities. Lobby coffee and breakfast items were outstanding. Cookies at front desk a nice touch. Extremely efficient, friendly staff. I left my tablet in our room, called in the evening and a staffer named Deanne Isherwood found it and mailed it to my home the next morning—really impressive and kind.

Great access to the park and lots of parking. The property is clean and the room is amazing. In the morning they have pastries, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. Bueitful reception area. Rooms have central air that is completely silent. The fans and lights are all dimmable. TVs are smart making it easy to login to apps you would use at home. Staff is so nice and helpful. Only downside is there is no elevator.

The suite was exceptionally clean and fresh. No smoke odors anywhere on the property. The furnishings were comfortable. Refrigerator, stove, and microwave were all clean and in excellent condition. My suite was streetside. Traffic noise was not problem.
