Beautiful chalet completely renovated just 750m from the sea.
The house consists of a lovely garden with a private swimming pool of 8mx4m, with a max depth of 1.80m and min of 1.40, and an outdoor shower. Next to it is a barbecue area to enjoy summer nights.
The spacious and bright living-dining room has air conditioning, garden views and quality furniture that will make you feel at home.
The state-of-the-art kitchen is characterised by having everything necessary for cooking such as oven, ceramic hob, water boiler, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer.
On the ground floor of the house there are also two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, mosquito nets and one of them has an en-suite bathroom with shower which can also be accessed from the corridor.
On the upper floor we find the third bedroom also with air conditioning, mosquito nets and opposite it is the bathroom with shower.
The house has a large parking area with capacity for 2/3 cars.
The distance to the nearest sandy beach is 1.5km, supermarket 200 metres away as well as restaurants.
