☆ The pool is a major highlight, but it requires active supervision for children.
☆ Exterior security cameras and a noise monitor are on the property (no indoor cameras).
☆ One flight of outdoor stairs is required to reach the main level. Two bedrooms are upstairs.

POOL HEAT POLICY
☆ Pool heat is provided at no extra cost when air temperatures are consistently above 55°F (typically March or April through October or November).
☆ Pool heat and swim comfort are weather-dependent, and refunds are not issued due to weather.

LOCATION AND GETTING AROUND
The Emerald Owl House is close to many Emerald Isle favorites. You can walk to the beach access, mini-golf, the water park, groceries, shops, and dining. If you want to explore more of the island, it is an easy drive from the home. Golf cart rentals are available from local providers who can deliver to the house.
