Luxury 4 bed/ 3.5 bath villa, 30 min to Yellowstone Park

Welcome to Villa Hygge. The Danish owners purchased this property in early 2020 and have recently (2026) repainted and renovated the entire spacious villa with hygge (pronounced "hoo-gah") at the core of each renovation decision and purchase. Hygge is a term that roughly translates to "cosiness" but to Danes, the happiest people in the world, hygge illuminates the Danish soul. In essence, hygge means creating a warm atmosphere for enjoying the good things in life with good people.

Villa Hygge now boasts four bedrooms, three full bathrooms with one powder bath making this the perfect basecamp for your Paradise Valley vacation. Enter Villa Hygge through a small entry-way ideal for storing hiking boots, fishing waders and outdoor gear. The upper level hosts a fully stocked Ikea kitchen complete with a quartz waterfall island, dining table, cozy living room with a gas fireplace and large smart TV, spacious primary suite with ensuite bath, powder bath as well as an exterior glass-encased patio. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding-glass doors lend magnificent views of Emigrant Peak, a theme throughout both upper and lower levels.

Hosting a gathering of friends or family is a breeze with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of dining and seating space between the waterfall island, wooden kitchen table/dining area, or large outdoor dining table on the upper patio deck. Kitchen highlights include a gas stove top and hood, waterfall quartz kitchen island, KitchenAid appliances, refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher, all basic appliances and new Ikea cooking appliances.

The living room with a large sectional couch is very cozy with a gas fireplace, large Smart TV, and surround sound Sonos speaker system. A coffee table and small wine/bar area, and large closets for outdoor cushion storage or extra coats and supplies make for ample space and storage for groups.

The primary king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a newly tiled shower, stand-alone tub with amazing views of the Absarokee Mountains, as well as a private door to the patio facing Emigrant Peak.

The lower level hosts three guest bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a library/den room with a comfortable queen pull-out couch and a working desk with a large computer screen, which serves as a small office. Both the king guest room and the queen plus twin guest room have windows facing Emigrant Peak. Additionally, there is a twin bedroom and a spacious closet with a high efficiency washer/dryer set.

The family/office room has a door for privacy along with a sectional couch which can convert into a pull-out queen bed. There is a small library and large flat screen TV with Sonos speakers for entertainment. The family room has a large glass sliding door to a covered patio and manicured lawn.

Other improvements in 2026 include new carpeting throughout and new Trex decking for the front deck and spacious top-level deck. Pictures coming soon.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.

Family Wedging and Yellowstone trip

Great house for family wedding in Emigrant and side trip to Yellowstone. Lovely view and fantastic kitchen and deck. House was very clean and communication with property manager was great. 30 minutes to north entrance to Yellowstone. Get groceries in Livingston or Bozeman before arriving to property as there isn’t anything around. Small general store nearby for essential. Would stay here again. Everyone in our party loved the house,

Just Awesome!!!!!

Family of 10 stayed for 3 nights, and we regret not staying at this home longer! Home has everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. Extremely well maintained home that is super clean inside and out. It’s really hard to describe the location and view without actually seeing it with your own eyes. The view is just simply amazing!!!! Easy 30 minute drive to the North Yellowstone entrance. Trust me, you will not regret booking this home. Our family will definitely be back to stay at this home in the future!!

The house was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Location was great for daytrips to Yellowstone. It rained much of the time we were at the house so we didn’t get to enjoy the porch, but the view through the floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors was wonderful.

A View That Never Gets Old!

First of all, the pictures of the views from the house don't do it justice! They're incredible, ever-changing with the sun, clouds and rain, and are mesmerizing. The house itself is very nice, very clean and well stocked. We had two couples and another couple with their 14 & 16-year old children. Everyone had plenty of space to relax, play games, or chill on their own. The Sonos sound system upstairs was great to have. The kids loved the surround-sound system downstairs; the adults never had the TV on upstairs. The kitchen (which has just been renovated beautifully) has tons of plates, assorted glasses, silverware, etc. Also had pretty much any cooking/baking equipment you would need, plus a drip coffee maker and blender, large refrigerator and dishwasher. For some reason, the ice maker in the fridge didn't start working until our last day there, but it was no big deal as we bought our own at the gas station in Emigrant, which you may want to do as it didn't look like the ice maker was big enough to handle over a couple peoples' use per day. There was also everything you needed for the dishwasher and the washer and dryer. The dining table was plenty big enough for all eight of us. The beds were all very comfortable, but be aware that, for some reason, there were no top sheets on any of them; just a fitted sheet and a comforter. Again, no big deal, just an awareness for others. My only (very minor) recommendations for the owners would be to add information about local restaur

Villa Hygge

We rented this house for a birthday Celebration. Tanya (the property manager) was excellent to work with. The house is much better than even the pictures. The Kitchen has been newly renovated and literally was stocked with everything we would need. Our view of Emigrant was absolutely jaw dropping from the living room. This house is a must rent!! We had an absolute blast and our group made memories for a lifetime. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. We will see you back next year 😊

Beautiful home with amazing views!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time staying at this home. Everything was very clean and the view of Emigrant Peak is breathtaking. The local general store, gas station, cafe, and Chico Hot Springs are all within 7-10 min away. The north entrance to Yellowstone was only 30 min away and very convenient/easy to get to. Tanya was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here!

Paradise in Paradise Valley

Beautiful home. Well stocked. Would rent again. Don’t know why the yard person would arrive at 8:00 a.m. and wake the entire home cutting grass..issue with fireplace in that it is a heater fireplace not cosmetic.which was kind of a bummer but not enough to not love this house. Beautiful setting. We loved our stay.

This house has it all...

This house was a wonderful place to stay. The location was great- we were able to drive to Gardiner and Bozeman in less than an hour. We couldn't get enough of the scenery either: walk right out the deck and enjoy a stunning view of the mountains. The kitchen was completely loaded and perfect for cooking breakfast. Do not pass up a chance to stay here!

Beautiful view and cabin

We absolutely loved the cabin! There was plenty of room for our group of 8 (2 families). The cabin itself was immaculate and comfortable. It is remotely located and 30 minutes to the north entrance of Yellowstone. It also is a little over an hour to Bozeman airport. We enjoyed the hot spring nearby and just spending the time outside looking at the beautiful mountain views. We could not adjust the air conditioner temperature equally upstairs and downstairs (it was considerably colder downstairs and warm upstairs) - but otherwise it was a perfect stay!
