With four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and all the comforts of home, it’s perfect for lake days, snowy escapes, or anything in between. The Space:

On the main level, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, a large dining area, and a spacious layout that makes group meals easy and enjoyable. There's a king bedroom with an ensuite full bath featuring a stand-up shower, along with an additional half bath.



Upstairs, the second floor has three bedrooms. One has a queen bed. Another has two queen beds along with a twin daybed and twin trundle. The third has a queen-over-twin bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms upstairs, one with a tub and shower combination and another with a stand-up shower. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also on this floor, along with a cozy sitting area and streaming-enabled TV.



Outside, you’ll enjoy a year-round hot tub, a seasonal dock for brief loading and unloading, a mooring ball for your boat, a fire pit with seating, a large grassy front lawn, and a grill for easy cookouts.



Guest Access:

The private driveway allows parking for up to four vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Step onto the dock and take in a unique view of the backside of Sleeping Bear Dunes. You're just minutes from Glen Arbor’s shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as the breathtaking trails and beaches of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.



Getting Around:

Winter Travel Info



Winter weather in Northern Michigan is beautiful but unpredictable. Snow removal is scheduled after each snowfall of 3 inches or more. A four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle is strongly recommended for safe access during snowy conditions.



Other Things to Note:

All guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Age verification is required after booking confirmation. A $124 damage waiver is required for each stay and provides coverage for accidental damage up to $1,500. A non-refundable credit card processing fee is applied to all bookings. For stays of 14 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. Mid-stay cleaning is also available upon request for shorter stays.



High chairs and pack n plays are available for an additional fee. This property is dog-friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. An additional pet fee of $150 applies. Dogs must be leashed at all times while outside and may not be left unattended unless properly kenneled. Please pick up after your dog and help us maintain a peaceful space for all guests.



The dock is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is intended for passenger loading and unloading only and should not be used for extended boat docking. A mooring ball just offshore is available for boat storage between outings. Please note that there are no dock bumpers and rough waters can cause damage.
