This house was amazing! Fabulous location--two blocks from everything. We are picky houseguests, and we found zero faults with this house. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We only struggled checking in in the dark, but the property manager was quick to help us get into the house.

Great stay!!

Had an awesome stay at the house!! The house is super nice, clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Close to downtown Encinitas and Moonlight State Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing property

The house is amazing. Incredibly clean, well appointed and comfortable. We really enjoyed all of the amenities especially the incredible pool/spa which opens up directly to the family room. The host communicated clearly and was easy to reach with any questions. If you are looking for the quintessential San Diego beach town experience stay at the beach house. We will definitely return!

Mother Daughter Trip

Stayed 4 nights, here to attend concert at Petco Park. Location a bit away from downtown, but Encinitas is a great neighborhood. House was nice, we loved the backyard! Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire table. Pam was communicative, check in/out very easy! Would stay again, thank you!!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I along with our teenage daughter and her friend had a fantastic 4 days in Encinitas. Pam’s home was perfect. Very clean, bright and beautifully appointed. The location was very central, just a short walk, bike ride or drive to beaches, shops and restaurants. We didn’t have the best weather, so with limited beach time the pool and hot tub were extra nice to have and both were used often. Check in was a breeze and Pam was extremely gracious and helpful. Highly recommend.

The Perfect Getaway

Our stay at this property was terrific! Everything from the coastal interior design to the outdoor paradise to the probity to everything was ideal for our family. Surfing around the corner, restaurants galore all combined with a wonderfully warm pool and spa. And Pam, the owner, was so easy to communicate with !! Didn’t want to leave, but def will be back!

End of summer.

Its a very nice place, Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Although it takes a little work to figure out how to turn everything on. Hopefully they will add easy to follow instructions. Also for TV. Great TV. Also it would be nice to add large pool towels. The place has everything you need in the kitchen. It would be nice if they added a screen door in the living room. The back yard is great. Nice BBQ, lots of seating and a ping-pong table. Easy to find and lots of nice places to eat nearby. I highly recommend this beautiful modern home especially in the summertime. Also back yard was nicely landscaped and very nice lighting.

It’s like staying at a private resort!

The minute you walk in your attention is drawn to the backyard pool, spa and fire pit, which rivals some of the best resorts we’ve stayed at. I cannot say enough about how well thought out this area is- electric pool cover, temperature controlled spa, high end gas grill, beautiful patio furniture, etc. The inside of the home is beautifully furnished as well- light, bright, and modern. The huge tv was perfect for watching baseball while hanging out. The bedrooms were good size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were good size with upgraded fixtures. Great location for us- close to Del Mar and short walk to beach. Neighborhood was quiet. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to rent again. 10 out of 10!!!

Hidden Gem!

Excellent location, close to the beach and restaurants. Brand new renovation with high end furnishings and accessories. The back yard pool, sauna, fire pit, shower, grill and games were a family hit! We didn’t want to leave!!
