The good: hotel is being upgraded before it becomes outdated. Staff are conscientious. Included breakfast is above what hotels in this mid-range generally offer. The mattresses on beds were very comfortable, sheets and linen were spotless. The not-so-good: on the busy Friday evening of a long weekend in summer, only one check-in staff so tired guests had to wait in lineups. No maintenance or housekeeping staff were on hand to deal with problems. The mattress on sofa bed should have been replaced ages ago - we basically slept on springs that caved towards the centre. (The checkout staff was authorized to credit me 10% which softened the blow. The water in hot tub and pool was very chalky and opaque on Friday night.

I like the place which is very convenient for our 2nights stay. We’re so glad they accommodated us although I booked one room “king size bed and sofa bed sleep 4 but we’re 5 in total😉

Definietely need more parking spaces during their renovation phase. But everything else including the cleaniliness of the rooms and the comfortable bed and oh man the pillows are amazingly comfortable. Maid service was exceptional. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

I wanted to take a shower, but the drain was clogged. The sink was broken, so the water wouldn't drain. I pressed the front desk button on the room phone, but it was broken, so there was no signal.

For the price what you get …. old rooms . With old carpets etc. ! Stayed in the Hampton Inn , it’s cheaper to stay there. Newer rooms and very clean .

Hot tub is dirty water pool is the size of somebody's normal living room ( tiny ) alot mattresses are on first floor and second floor,at the end of the hallway. there is actually one mattress at the in the fire exit, second floor which is clearly fire regulation infraction. places under construction but who's ever organizing the old mattresses sitting at the end of the hallways. absolutely disgusting. LAUNDRY ROOM IT'S LIKE BEING IN A SAUNA. NO WAY OF KEEPING THE DOOR OPEN WHEN YOU WASH YOUR CLOTHES THE STUDS COME UP THROUGH THE PIPES EXTERIOR OF THE WASHER AND IT STARTS TO FLOOD THE FLOOR. One thing that stands out to me is these ladies from housekeeping. these ladies couldn't get any more approachable. very willing to help you it. they will ask you if you need anything. you don't have to wait to ask them even if you don't want housekeeping and if they're outside, they'll ask you if you need anything. 110% thumbs up for these ladies.
