Also, a half mile is Indian Mound Park with a bay beach, fishing, and boat dock. There are several other bay parks nearby. It is 4 miles to Englewood beach, restaurants, and bars.
This beautiful home features two bathrooms with showers, making it easy for guests to relax and refresh. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the space. The house sleeps 4 in the 2 bedrooms. In the primary bedroom the king size bed head can be raised and lowered with a remote control for comfort or reading. The living room has 2 overstuffed leather couches with 4 power recliners. These recliners can be used as additional sleep spaces. Extra linens and pillows are provided for the recliners.
You will enjoy the large, heated, saltwater pool. The lanai and pool deck are screened in to keep bugs out. On the deck there are 2 large umbrellas and lots of comfy deck chairs. In addition, there are 2 tables and 10 seating chairs for outdoor eating or games.
The property features a large back yard. In the shed in back yard are cornhole, badminton, volleyball, and football games for friendly family competition. We found this to be a wonderful property in a quiet and walkable neighborhood close to quaint shops and lively bar/ restaurants as well as area beaches. The home is comfortable in all respects. It was well stocked with high quality products. The home security and WiFi were very good. The pool is fabulous and the yard is so big with landscaping that is well maintained. Communication with the owner was easy. We highly recommend a stay here.
