Room, hallway and restaurant were very clean, and staff were also very nice and professional. However, I’m not sure if the hotel accepts AMEX since the front desk had difficulties processing the payment during check-in, despite having the AMEX logo displayed under accepted payments. Anyways, lovely hotel with a very big gym that is located in the mall. I’d recommend this hotel if you want a place that has a convenient location to airport, grocery store and restaurants.

Everything was very pleasant! The only complaint I have is we sent clothes to be dry cleaned but our clothes was returned damped which indicated the clothes was washed regular. We paid a lot for dry clean so please check your out source for dry cleaning

Easy location near the Entebbe airport from which to start and finish your tour of western Uganda's National Parks. There is a mall with dining options and a food market connected to the hotel. The staff was excellent and the room (with a small balcony) was fine. There numerous monkeys to see in the rear of the premises.
