Hotel easily accessed off highway. Very clean. But hallway to room smelled of someone smoking weed. As we brought our things into our room the smoke detector was chirping off and on. I went to the front desk to see if they could replace the battery, usually a 9 volt. The office staff gave me two AA batteries. She could not assist as she was the only person in the reception area and it was 9pm. Upon returning to the room, I used an ottoman to get up to the ceiling and of course, upon opening the detector it was a 9-volt battery. The phone rang from the office, but upon picking it up the phone went dead. Nothing would light up and it would not respond to any buttons. So another trip back to the office to see if they could find a 9-volt battery. After 5 minutes of waiting, she came back without finding any. So back to room. We had no working smoke detector for the night but we couldn’t change rooms as it was reserved thru an Expedia rather than the hotel. The walls were very thin and we could hear the tv next door. The tub had nothing to keep you from sliding and my husband had difficulty getting in and out without falling. The breakfast was the standard fare. Although the price of the hotel was great for January, I’m not sure we would stay here again.

I was upset about the fact the shower head did not provide me with running water I needed to shower! Instead the water was focused on a bath which I don’t care for! Management should be responsible to assure that everything is properly working. So unsatisfied!!!!
