Good stayover place.

We stayed one night a family of four on our way through Germany. The hotel is in a residential area and quite. The hotel room was perfect for us with a small separate room for the boys. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable room in a Peaceful area

Clean and confortable room in a peaceful area. The hotel is in a residential area just outside of the main city. It’s really quiet so I got a great night’s sleep. That also means there are very few restaurants, cafes or pubs around. One important detail, my room (maybe all rooms?) was in a building a few streets away from the reception desk! There is a self check-in option with a machine, but checkout was only possible at the other building. Staff is very friendly!

It was strange that the reception desk was in a separate building two blocks away, but after checking in we found the room to be very clean, quiet, and comfortable.I especially liked the balcony.

No wireless internet in the room

Very nice Hotel, but located away from the city center and there was no free Wifi, which is a big deal when you are traveling and need to book flights, hotels and such. Couldn't believe that a modern hotel does not offer this essential service, for that reason alone i wouldn't stay there ever again.

Bad Experience : Lost 79 Euros + Humiliations !!

I got to this hotel and paid 3 days stay in advance . I stayed one night and I got an emergency and notified them that I will need to check out after the second day and asked for the money return for the third day : 79 Euros . THE LADY AT THE COUNTER SAID : IT IS EXPEDIA DECISION AND I HAVE TO NOTIFY EXPEDIA DIRECTLY . I CALLED EXPEDIA AND THEY SAID THEY WILL APROVE IT AND IT MAY TAKE FROM SOME DAYS TO ONE WEEK . NEXT DAY AT 8 AM I MADE THE CHECK OUT AND ASKED IF THEY GOT THE NOTIFICATION FROM EXPEDIA . THE LADY SAID THAT THE MANAGER DID NOT SHOW UP AND SHE HAD NO NEWS . I GOT MY BREAKFAST AND WENT BACK TO ASK WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE ISSUE. THAT IS WHEN I GOT THE : " Very obnoxious and arrogant attitude of the manager of that facility " denying any return with a humiliating way . I lost 79 Euros . I requested a single room, non-smoker and got a cigarette smelling room! When I demanded another room I was told there were no other single rooms only standard room which they demanded 20 Euro for an upgrade! The standard room really was "smell free" and a very nice room but I didn't like that I had to pay the extra fee.

We had a nice stay here. It was in July and the weather was warm but there was a fan in the room. The internet prices are ridiculous and it was the first hotel on our 5 week Europe trip not to offer free wifi. It was about a 15-20 minute tram ride into the city. We could buy tickets for the tram at the front desk.

Hotel is in the suburbs of Heidelberg, but center is easy reachable by tram in 15 minutes from a station nearby. Rooms are basic, small and need some renovation. Cleaning and service are OK.

Lovely hotel near Heidelberg

Cute little hotel with very very very comfortable beds. Restaurant downstairs was lovely too. Nice hotel with lovely staffs in a quite little neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

One day visit on a tour of Germany

Very nice refurbished hotel easy to reach from Autobahn. Two minutes walk from Tram stop for easy access to city centre. Situated in quiet street.
