Le Blanc, Luxurious Beachfront Villa
Unique Villa of 500 sqm on top of the sea, with a private beach, located in Dardiza area of Ermioni, 15 minutes from the port of Porto Cheli. The villa was built in 2014 and consists of the main house with a unique view on the pool and the sea from any part of the house, 1 independent apartment on the 2nd level of the villa and 3 separate apartments with separate entrance for each, literally above the pool . All apartments have their own lounge and kitchen as well as a second floor for the bedroom and bathroom. In the main house, the masterbedroom features a walk-in closet and a bathroom of the highest standard, with a spectacular view of the vast blue but also the beautiful islet that you can easily swim from the beach to the house! The lounge and dining area are comfortable with minimal style and top notch for quality relaxation. There is also a separate office with an unobstructed view, which can also be used as a bedroom for a person since it has an opening single bed and its own bathroom!
The garden has a fully equiped BBQ which can function as a fully self contained kitchen and accommodate more than 20 people! The plots size is over an acre and is perfectly landscaped, so that it has parking space for more than 10 cars, free play area for children, lawn area, 3 lounges-dining rooms, separate lounges pool loungers as well as a Greek traditional lovely chapel.
