Perfectly situated between the sea, moors and cliffs, this house is the ideal base from which to explore the region's natural riches. Take the famous GR34 footpaths, which run along the coast and offer spectacular views, particularly towards Cap Fréhel.

This family home welcomes you with the following amenities:
- A large, convivial living room, furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a dining area that can accommodate up to 8 people;
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen: sink, induction hob (4 burners), hood, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, toaster, kettle, plus numerous accessories (chopping board, utensils, pots, pans, etc.);
- A first bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin;
- A second bedroom, similar to the first, with a QueenSize bed (160x200cm) and a private shower room: Italian-style shower with basin;
- A final bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and a private shower room: walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin;
- Separate toilet with washbasin.
