It features a lovely 50 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and a 250 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 50 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed with a double bed below (140x190), and a single bed above.
- Bathroom with shower
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior
- A beautiful 250 m² garden + terraces with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :

- Independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, choose a physical reception.

- A physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.
