Ideally located 3 minutes walk from the beach Caroual (200m) and 10 minutes (450 m) from the city center.
Comfortable residence, 85 m2, full foot, fully renovated with enclosed garden with two terraces, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.
Main access through a veranda with an office area, distributing on one side:
2 bedrooms, one with a bed of 140/200, the other, small room with bunk beds 90/200 (access to the terrace). A bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), a separate toilet.
On the other side :
living room open on an equipped kitchen area,
a bathroom with sink and storage
a bedroom (bed 160/200) opening onto a patio with furnished terrace.
An independent storeroom is equipped with a fridge
additional freezer, washing / drying machine, storage, games and beach accessories.

Un bel endroit.L'hébergement était fantastique.2 minutes et la vue sur la plage et la mer quitte votre souffle.Erquy est un très bel endroit.Les randonnées sur les plages sauvages en valent la peine.Il y a beaucoup de choses locales et délicieuses à acheter.Surtout les huîtres incroyablement délicieuses, les diables angulaires et bien plus encore.Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans la maison et avons passé à réaliser 2 semaines là-bas.La communication avec Philippe et Evelyne était très sympathique et informative.Merci pour cela.La zone a beaucoup enchanté.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, nett eingerichtet, hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie benötigt und der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bei Ankunft war es aber leider sehr staubig/Spinnweben in jeder Ecke (die letzte Vermietung war anscheinend schon etwas länger her). Das ist nach langer Anreise mit drei Kindern ärgerlich aber insgesamt war es ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt in Erquy.

Häuschen in idealer Lage zum Strand

Geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtetes und komfortables Haus mit allem, was man braucht, auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nur der Eingangsbereich - also die Veranda mit Büroecke - ist ungünstigerweise ein Glaskasten mit Glasdach, auf den fast den ganzen Tag die Sonne aufprallt.Perfekte Lage zum Dorf und zum sensationellen langen Sandstarnd. Ein unbedingt empfehlenswertes Ferienobjekt mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern!

La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse, joliment decorée et avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Elle est proche de la plage de Caroual. Chaque soir nous pouvions profiter de la magnifique vue sur les baies, juste au coin de la rue. Dans les deux petit jardins nous pouvions nous asseoir au soleil ou á l'ombre. Nous avons un bon séjour dans cette maison. Et on peut faire des belles ballades côtieres dans les environs et visiter les marchés animés. Ingrid, Pays-Bas

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Haushaltsgeräte waren wie beschrieben alle vorhanden. Das Haus verfügt über zwei blickgeschützte Terrassen. Zum herrlichen Sandstrand sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant kann man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichen. Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

La maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Elle est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, notamment avec de jeunes enfants. Les deux espaces extérieurs sont aussi très agréables.

Fantastisches Familienhaus

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in Erquy. Das Haus war sehr sauber und erstklassig eingerichtet, mit hervorragender Raumaufteilung. Drei Kinder und zwei Erwachsene hatten hier ausreichend Platz zum Schlafen und spielen. Es fehlte an nichts und auch der Empfang war sehr nett! Das Haus liegt etwa 200m vom kleinen ruhigen Strand Caroual gelegen. Es steht auf einem Hügel, möchte man zum Strand oder in die Stadt laufen, muss man für den Rückweg ein paar Energiereserven übrig lassen. Dafür wird man oben mit einer tollen Aussicht belohnt, auch morgens beim Baguette holen in der kleinen, schmucken Innenstadt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

es handelt sich um 2 kleine , durch eine Art Wintergarten verbundene Häuschen. Lage einige Hundert Meter vom tollen Strand Caroual und dem Ortskern, auf einem Hügel. 2 Terrassen, eine mit schönem Gartenmöbel, Schirm und Dusche. bei schlechtem Wetter wäre drinnen besseres Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer wünschenswert.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Aufteilung mit 2 Kinder

Die Übergabe des Schlüssels war sehr einfach. Wir hatten per SMS Kontakt. Schlüssel würde dann einfach im Briefkasten hinterlegt,so dass wir zeitlich flexibel anreisen konnten. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Wir waren sehr überrascht,wie sauber das Haus war. Für uns war das Haus perfekt (2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern 9 Jahre und 6 Jahre). Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Wir waren eine Woche im Sommer in diesem Häuschen und haben die Tage sehr genossen. Man merkt der Unterkunft an, dass sie auch von den Besitzern selbst genutzt wird: Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr gut durchdacht, inspiriert und liebevoll. Es ist alles - und noch mehr - da, was man braucht, und das in einer guten Qualität. Die Nähe zum Strand ist großartig, und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer per Email auf Englisch war völlig unproblematisch, lediglich für die Betreuerin sollte man ein bisschen Französisch können.
