Quando cheguei a casa ainda estava ocupada com os hospedes anteriores, não respeitaram o meu direito de entrar no horario contratado que seria as 14h, so tive acesso à casa às 18h. Quando contactei e confrontei a pessoa sobre esta situação, foi arrogante e colocou de imediato a opção de eu cancelar a minha reserva . Foi um momento muito desagradável, sem regras, sem respeito pelo hospede que pagou pelo serviço e uma violação grosseira dos direitos do consumidor. Informo ainda mais que a cliente desconhecia inicialmente a minha reserva alegando que raramente utilizo os serviços da vossa empresa. Agravado que tudo se passou na presença dos meus convidados

Point fort Bien placé Bien équipé Spacieux pour 2 Point faible Sombre besoin d'éclairer. Les fenêtres donnant contre des murs sauf la chambre Pas de ventilation donc mauvaise odeur Bruyant, chambre en contrebas de la route
