Zimmer gebucht aber nicht bekommen

Zimmer gebucht und telefonisch eine späte Anreise vereinbart. Offenbar hatte aber jemand anderes den Schlüssel aus dem Kasten genommen und somit das für mich vorgesehene Zimmer gehabt. Ich musste mir dann in der Nacht kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Insofern nicht

Although the room were adequate for their purpose, I really feel like some things should really be improved just to get to a basic standard, for example the floors should be clean in the room (there was ash on the floor under the windows both days, even if there was housekeeping) and the breakfast buffet can be GREATLY improved. Other than that, everything worked fine.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in der Unterkunft. Im geräumigen Zimmer konnten wir gut schlafen. TV und WLAN funktionierten störungsfrei. Das Doppelbett hatte eine harte Matratze, die für unseren Rücken gut war. Check-in und Check out wurden ordentlich abgewickelt. Ich kann das Hotel bestens empfehlen.
