Room curtains look like a cat lives there. Tattered and shredded. Room 509. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, they only made the bed and provided clean towels. The carpets need to be cleaned badly. Make sure you have slippers 😆

The building front desk area and seating area with the fireplace is really nice, but the noise and loud music from the reception area that is rented out makes it un-enjoyable. The Manager was rude, and asked us to move our car while checking in, yet she was parked sideways across three spaces in the same area. In the bathroom tub enclosure there are large areas of black mildew all the way around and the balconies outside of the room face an unkept green space and interstate 95. Overall, I would not recommend this location.

Rooms could have been cleaner. Found hair in bed, sink and tub walls. it wasn't mines. Front desk was ok the lady at checkin was very helpful. Bar-meh ran out of certain items on the menu, kind of slow not to be busy. Your site stated there was a pool there is no pool. Best part free parking

I checked in late after 11pm. I didn't neglect to check the room condition. First, I had a bad key & had to go down for another. Furst room had mold on the toilet lid, stained walls and dirty bathroom. I was moved to a room with a connecting door & a slide lock missing screws. I slept with lights in my clothes & left my earbuds. No one will call me to get them back. Excuses about who's there, when & a safe. Very old dingy rooms. I was on the 5th floor. The lobby is beautiful and deceiving as to what to expect in a room.

Made a reservation for two rooms via Expidia, two months prior to the trip. They claim they only had one reservation and had to pay significantly more than the original reservation price(not allowed to post the rate of increase). Amazingly they found the other reservation 3 hours later and was told that I could only get a refund for unused reservation. That is terrible service. No one can explain how this happened. Would you trust them again with your bussiness? I am guessing no.
