The villa is bright and sunny, and has a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and deckchairs for you to sit in the sun and enjoy the mild Mediterranean air, in complete privacy. You will be able to enjoy wonderful sea views from the roof terrace, and unique sunsets over the Mediterranean



You can choose to have your lunches or enjoy your dinner in the sun or in the shade in one of the lovely dining areas.

Completely on one level, you will find a modern kitchen fully equipped and integrated into the living space.

Decorated in a contemporary style, it has 4 good-sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms with shower.



El Saladillo in Costalita is a quiet residential area that offers everything you could want, such as local and international restaurants, mini market, and a beach lined with chiringuitos like Pepe's, and beach clubs. Perfect if you want to forget about the car during your entire stay!

You will be just a few minutes drive from Puerto Banus and its luxury shopping, nightlife and magnificent yachts.

An exceptional property with efficient and friendly check in process, there are excellent facilities and stunning surroundings. The property was cleaned to a very high standard and is modern and bright. The pool is beautiful but caution for families with small children it is very deep. We had a small wasp issue whilst we were there and the hosts were responsive and resolved this for us within the hour! The proximity to the beach is perfect if you like a blend of pool side and sand between your toes. It is close to a number of supermarkets and bars/restaurants so a car is not essential. I could not rate this villa more highly, it was ideal for our family. Thank you for the hospitality!

Fantastic break with family

Fantastic villa from where you can hear the sea waves, terrasse on rooftop for mornings or evenings with a great view! You have all you need for cooking and getting a relax stay. Superbe swimming pool too. This was a great break with family.

What a great villa in a fab location. From the first communication, to leaving the property, our stay was perfect. Within a minute you are on the beach and there are a couple of lovely restaurants. The pool was large and one of the best ones we've had in a villa. Highly recommend.
