The property is in an excellent location close to the beach and pool. The property is well equiped and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful also. Covered garage parking is a bonus also. Due to the location of the apartment being on the lowest level there are some steps from the garage to the apartment. Location is quiet and there is no noise from the main road.

Memorable week

Nice location with sea view and access from the garden to the the coastal path. Property very comfortable ,warm and good tv with lots of english channels important in January. Parked in garage but had to go down three storeys of steep steps difficult in our 80s carrying luggage and groceries. Once settled in did find a footpath around the side of the complex and this considerably made our stay more enjoyable. Memorable week and highly recommended

Herrliche Lage, Apartment gut ausgestattet hat aber seine besten Zeiten hinter sich (einige lose Fliesen u. Schranktüren in der Küche. Es gab keine Hinweise wie die Schiebetüren zur Terrasse zu öffnen sind (learning by doing). Weiter Weg zum Pool durch die gesamte Tiefgarage (2 der 3 Gittertüren ließen sich nicht öffnen, auch hier hätte ein Hinweis einigen Ärger erspart).

Appart très agréable avec vue magnifique. Le seul problème, c’est l’entretien. Les volets roulants des chambres soit ne descendent pas, soit restent coincés une fois sur deux. Il serait bien aussi d’acheter une machine à café.

Bij binnenkomen onaangename geur, was na 2 dagen weg, gering keukengerief, geen koffiemachine ( zijn zelf 1 gaan kopen voor koffiepadmachine ) terrasmeubelen een beetje verroest, voor de rest was het ok, wel rustig appartement, groot terras

schöne Wohnung, kleine Macken

schöne Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern in überwiegend gepflegter Wohnanlage. Zu den Details: die Matratzen in beiden Schlafzimmern sind für empfindliche Rücken gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im Hauptschlafzimmer ist sie durch einen Topper etwas besser. Ich gehe bei der Küchenausstattung auf Details ein, damit sich andere Mieter darauf einstellen können. Geschirr und Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wer allerdings selbst kochen möchte, ist sehr eingeschränkt. Es gibt einen mittleren Kochtopf mit Deckel, einen großen Pastatopf und eine mittlere Bratpfanne. Allerdings passt keines dieser Teile zur Größe der vorhandenen Kochplatten, so dass es z.B. schwer ist, Pastawasser zum Kochen zu bringen. Zum Kaffeekochen gibt es eine French Press Kanne für ca. 6 Tassen Kaffee. Der Toaster hat keinen Brötchenaufsatz. Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine funktionieren einwandfrei. Eine Erstausstattung an Geschirrspülmittel ist vorhanden, macht aber den Eindruck, als wären es Restbestände ehemaliger Gäste. Es gab keinen ungenutzten Küchenschwamm oder ähnliches. Klimaanlage/Heizung arbeiten korrekt. Aus vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen sind wir es gewohnt, Toilettenpapier in ausreichender Menge vorzufinden. Hier gab es leider nur zwei unvollständige Einheiten/Rollen. Es gab nur einen Müllbeutel für 14 Tage, es gibt keine Mülltrennung. In der Wohnung gibt es keine Bedienungsanleitungen, auch nicht für die Fernseh- und Satellitenanlage. Die ist nicht wirklich selbsterklärend. Auch Angaben darüber, wo man den Müll entsorgen soll, wie der Zugang zum Pool geregelt ist oder ähnliches waren nicht vorhanden. Da sind wir aus anderen Unterkünften doch wesentlich mehr gewohnt. Alles in allem aber würden wir die Wohnung trotzdem empfehlen, da wir uns mit den Gegebenheiten abfinden konnten und trotzdem einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht haben.
