My kids loved all the additional activities and snacks offered throughout the day! The jacuzzi is great and everyone was so kind and helpful — my kids especially loved Jill! Our expectations were definitely exceeded.

Beds are mid. But the atmosphere makes up for it. My spouse and I were here for a weekend getaway. The kids were home with grandma but we hope to bring them next time now that we know the place is perfect for families.

Wow!!! I will be back here. The photos are definitely not doing justice. There are over 3 pools, nice surprise, a ton of kids activities including multiple playground areas, several fire pits (for hanging out s'mores), giant connect four, corn hole, "darts", etc. Extremely pleased because I am on a mommy and me getaway for a night with my seven year old. I could go on and on. Outstanding service and highly recommend.

An absolute perfect weekend getaway!

My girlfriend and our two daughters stayed at the Estes Mountain Inn and it was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and accommodating and were kind to provide us with all the information we needed at the resort to make it an unbelievable stay. The room we had was perfect and clean and stayed cool in the summer heat. We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings and s'mores at night by the fires. It was great to get in the outdoor Jacuzzi and my youngest daughter (6) was able to swim by herself for the first time ever in the indoor pool there! We're so proud of her! Playing ping-pong was fun but we were too busy doing other things to get a chance to play the giant balancing Tetris game or the giant game of connect 4. Those are on our list for next time and we absolutely plan to stay longer than 2 days on our next trip!
The indoor pool was awesome right next to the outdoor Jacuzzi. We are sad we didn't have time for the sauna.

It was a great place for me since it was right down the street from the golf course and the visitor center. There was a grocery store close by and I was able to spend time resting before I headed out to the park after 2pm.

Feeling that we significantly overpaid

We ended up paying $818 for just three nights, which felt quite steep given the room was rather small. The overall value didn’t align with the price we paid. After arriving, we explored nearby options and found larger, more comfortable rooms for just $109 per night. While the service was prompt and satisfactory, it’s hard to shake the feeling that we significantly overpaid for what was offered. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, especially for those who are health-conscious or following a specific diet.

We loved the activity options on premises. They had an outdoor and indoor pool option, ping pong table, Cornhole, several yard activities and a few fire pits. Plus they had popcorn available in lobby and a s'mores roasting hour! The breakfast was the only downfall just basically cereal, bagels and bread

The location is good, there is a free trolley to dowr9wn or you can walk for like 15 min. Vwey clean room but old. Shower pressure is weak. AC is super weak bur the bed is the worst and thats why 4 stars. Aftwr long day of hiking you want comfy bed, not here. Pillows are tall and firm, the bed is extra firm. The staff was friendly.
