Spacious Private Guest Suite with self-check-in and private entry on gorgeous mountain property with plenty of natural light and wildlife. We live upstairs, but the unit is entirely private, no shared space.

Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood at the edge of the forest, minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park, with abundant wildlife often visible from inside the unit (elk, deer, wild turkey, bobcat, bear and possibly even mountain lion if your night vision is excellent - all of the wildlife photos in this listing were taken on the property). Perfect place to unwind after your day's adventures.

As part of a "dark sky community" (everyone is encouraged to keep their outdoor lights off at night), when the sky is cloudless, the stargazing is excellent.

Kitchen includes a 2-burner induction range top, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and full-size refrigerator and plenty of kitchen accessories (knives, cutting boards, spatulas, pots, pans, etc.).

Private entrance with keypad to allow for self check in. Unit includes a master bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, large living area with a comfortable sofa and chair, smart tv with Netflix, paramount+, high-speed fiber optic internet, and a deluxe kitchenette and dining area.

If you need additional sleeping arrangements besides the master queen bed, let us know! We have a full size trifold mattress, a twin sized rollaway bed, and a pack n play available upon request!

Finally, we are a literal mom and pop operation - the exact opposite of a soulless corporate management company. We are both from Colorado and have lived and explored in Estes for 6 years (she's a rock climber and he's a cyclist, we're also close friends with the person who wrote the book about hiking in RMNP - see the last photo).
