Room was good size. Bed was somewhat stiff. Hot tub on the balcony was great. Owners fail to provide local TV channels and TV was challenging to figure out. Was hoping to watch football on Thanksgiving but was unable to receive any local channels. Ended up watching from my laptop. Won't stay here again.

Hot tub in room 33 was leaking. Other than that is was quiet, peaceful and very out of the way. No tv so bring your streaming services. Mini kitchenette furnished. Was a quaint little cabin in the woods. Was a fantastic get away!

We loved our stay at Wildwood Inn! The room had a rustic, yet not outdated feel to it. It was extremely clean and the views were magnificent. Communication from the Inn was timely and relevant, making our stay easy and stress-free. We hope to stay here again!

Our room was nothing like it said it was going to be, I asked for a different room and was even willing to pay more to change rooms. I was told you were completely booked and the manager would be in Friday to discuss further but didn't hear anything more. We only seen two other vehicles our entire stay so clearly it wasn't sold out. There's also a brown recluse in the bathroom that my husband killed. So for our anniversary, I was super disappointed. The only thing we loved was the location, and the hot tub even though being ground level offered no privacy and limited views.

The room was wonderful. The hot tub was amazing and just as described! The only downfall is not being able to reach anyone at an office. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much we wanted to extend it another night and could not get ahold of anyone after dozens of attempts. It was really disappointing that we couldn’t actually contact anyone.

We stayed at this property for a full week last summer and had a nice experience. We booked the large suite then, and it was great, so much so that we decided to return this year. This time, we booked a double queen room since our group was smaller. Unfortunately, the experience was very different. The online photos were quite deceiving. The room had worn-out furniture, poor-quality bedding, chipped paint, and disfunctional soap and conditioner dispensers. The windows were so dirty we could barely see through them. To make matters worse, the heat stopped working during the night. With no on-site support, we had to text management. They did send a maintenance person who fixed the heat and refilled the dispensers, but the overall condition of the room was very disappointing. We also had to check out a day early due to an emergency. We notified management by text, but they refused to refund the unused night. While I understand that’s their policy, it showed a lack of customer service and flexibility, especially for a returning guest. Unfortunately, this experience cost them a loyal customer. There are plenty of other resorts and cabins in the area tha we will consider booking next time.

The King Studio with private hot tub was excellent. The building for the unit looked very nice and tucked into the mountain side for amazing views while at the same time very private. The private hot tub outside was awesome as well as the gas fireplace at the foot of the bed. 2 seconds from the Fall River Park entrance. It was perfect for my wife and I and would definitely book again for our next trip.

Absolutely breath taking perfect getaway cozy peaceful close to National Park to restaurants basically everything! we were able to experience just about everything in just 3 days the views nature hiking all then come back and relax in spa everything was perfect quite warm words cannot describe Thank You So Much!!!!

Loved this hotel! We stayed in a room with a hot tub on the balcony and it was perfect for stargazing! The hotel is only 1/2 a mile from Rocky Mountain National Park! Everything was clean and quiet. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Very close to everything we wanted to do, including downtown Estes Park and RMNP entrance. Also well stocked room, everything we needed and a fantastic fireplace. We have stayed in this style room before and its perfect! Hot tub was great, as it snowed our last night there- which we were hoping for. We will defiantly stay at Wildwood again.
