The host let me know the rental was ready a little earlier and invited me to check in early if I'd like.Parking was easy and perfectly accessible to the rental. A welcome basket with snacks and water was a nice touch. Everything I could possibly need was provided.

Entry was easy, the unit was very clean and comfy. Lots of welcome amenities. It is small, I was hoping for a place I could stay for an extended stay-but this is not it. Absolutely lovely for one or two nights-but if you need a week it is a bit small and the kitchenette is small.The outside area was nice, but I had no time to use it. I would use it again for a night or two.In another note-the bed was super comfy.

A very nice and quiet neighborhood conveniently located near shopping and roadways. Neighborhood was decorated for Halloween saw many cute yards. The place is immaculate feels like a spa vacation with the modern and clean place. Cute artwork, nice fluffy towels and amazing shower. Washer and dryer is a nice bonus.

This place was amazing! I love the private little patio area. The place was very clean and neat. When I walked in the first thing I thought was when do I need to come to Eugene again? It did take a minute to find the gate to park in front of but other than that five stars.

We loved the cottage! It was well-stocked, comfortable. My wife loved the bed and pillows they were incredibly comfortable. The place was decorated very nice loved the clocks. Special touch was the basket full of snacks. I’m diabetic and some stuff came in handy in early morning hours. The yard was super cool had four chairs a table and a umbrella and get this a fountain that made sitting outside wonderful. The bathroom had big fluffy towels and one best bath mats. My wife wants the mat for home lol. The toilet tissue wasn’t your standard one ply people normally give you he gave you the good stuff.. once again thank you Cory for allowing to stay in you place.

We had a great stay! The VRBO was incredibly well stocked! Ice machine was a plus. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. The water feature was lovely. Communication and access were both excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that the oven is not a traditional but a microwave/convection/bake counter top style. We did use the 2-burner hot plate and the electric grill! We would definitely stay again!
