It was just as advertised. Or better, it had just been repainted, and some changes for the better. I enjoyed the spa tub, just outside the front door. We lucked out, and the parade started immediately in front of the house, so we didn't have parking issues and could sit on the front porch to enjoy.The theromstat was set too hot our first night, but they adjusted and was fine the second night. Good location, easy communication and easy check-in process. Lots of stairs, but that is Eureka Springs. Loved the food at The Filling Station and The Local Flavor. Highly recommend.
