Location great, room spacious, great amenities but the bathroom needs renovating

Centrally located, surprisingly quiet for being so near the train station. Nice place to stay for a visit. Metro is just around the corner.

Rooms are clean but the staff is subpar

This hotel was in a great area to walk around the shops and along Lake Geneva. The gentleman at the front desk in the mornings was personable, helpful and genuinely cared about my stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean as was my room. I was comfortable and slept well. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Evian and the surrounding areas. It’s close to a lot of great sites.

Room was perfect, it had an amazing view from the balcony. The staff were brilliant. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms was clean and they setup the sofa bed in the living room which was great and very thoughtful with towels etc. Perfect for Family.
