For stays of one month, a mid-stay Cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $150 is required. For stays 2 months or longer, monthly cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $200 is required at a minimum interval each month. Additional cleaning services are available upon request. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We`re only a phone call/message away. You will be able to check yourself in upon arrival.

Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned home in a neighborhood community. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on-site 24/7.

-Please observe quiet hours of 11pm to 7am
-Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
-Please do not use the alarm system
-Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed.
-Please keep the lanai door closed and the front door locked when you are not present in the unit
