We have spent a wonderful week at this beautiful house in Excenevex. It is very well equipped with everything we needed, extremely clean and well presented, and has a lovely garden and pool. The host Elisabeth was lovely and very helpful.

Sehr schöne Immobilie in toller Lage. Sehr freundliche und kommunikative Vermieterin. Einzig der relativ späte Check-In und frühe Check-Out gibt leichte Abzüge im sehr positiven Gesamteindruck.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern gebucht. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, super Ausstattung (von Microwelle, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spiele und Spielsachen für die Kids), sehr sauber. Zum Strand ca. 10min zu Fuß. Der Pool war klasse. Das Grundstück ist abschließbar und hat 2 PKW Stellplätze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (eLeclerc und Lidl) in der Nähe. Toller Strand mit genügend Parkmöglichkeiten (Ticket pro Tag 6€). Elisabeth ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Auf Wunsch kann man Handtuchpaket und Bettwäsche vorher buchen (pro Person 20€) und Endreinigung für €200. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Es war sehr schön und wir können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Danke Elisabeth für den schönen Urlaub!

Super séjour en famille !

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux chez Élisabeth en août. La maison est parfaitement située proche du lac Léman et de sa belle plage de sable fin. L'accueil d'Élisabeth a été exceptionnel, avec une attention particulière aux détails qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. La maison était impeccable, très bien équipée, et d'un confort irréprochable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Yvoire et sa région dans des conditions idéales. Un grand merci à Élisabeth pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse !

D’excellentes vacances dans une très belle villa !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances en famille dans cette magnifique villa, idéalement située dans un environnement calme, à quelques centaines de mètres des rives du Leman. Cette maison récente, confortable et très propre, est également très bien équipée. Durant cet été 2023, nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et de sa pergola, et surtout de la belle piscine. Nous avons fait de nombreuses visites et randonnées et avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir rejoindre à pied la plage d’Excenevex ou le village médiéval d’Yvoire. Pour leur accueil sympathique, leur souci de notre bien-être, et leur gentillesse : un grand merci à Elisabeth et Christian, avec lesquels nous avons eu d’excellents contacts. Nous recommandons cette location qui mérite amplement les 5 étoiles sur tous les critères. Viviane & Yves L.

Beautiful house with a lovely pool

Beautiful house with a sheltered patio, pool area and lovely little garden. Good location and quiet neighbourhood. Grocery store, boulangerie, restaurant and beach within walking distance. Both Élisabeth and Christian are very kind and helpful. The only problem is that this modern house has no air conditioning. Rooms are hot, days and nights, and it makes your stay very unconfortable in summer.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage. Man läuft nur wenige Minuten an den See. Die Zimmer im Haus waren sehr gut aufgeteilt. Auch in der Küche hatten wir viel Platz. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, da wir kein Französisch können, doch mit dem Googleübersetzer hat es gut geklappt.

La maison est très bien équipée, décorée et propre. Tout le monde a apprécié le séjour des enfants aux grands-parents. Une très belle semaine de vacances !

Une semaine de vacances idéale au mois de juillet 2022. Accueil sympathique de la part des propriétaires. Maison propre, bien agencée et équipée. Piscine très agréable. Le village d'Excenevex est agréable avec une grande plage ou des petites criques plus intimistes. Cité médiévale d'Yvoire à quelques kilomètres à visiter absolument. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons.

Maison moderne et confortable. Tout l équipement nécessaire est présent, la piscine est très agréable.
