lack of reciept

i stay here every month and always get a printed reciept no problem but on this occasion i was told i had to ask for one from hotel .com through whom i book it every time i visit. I asked for one and the receptionisnt said she wul dsend it but still hasnt so not sure i will return in August as planned

The overall services (restaurant, breakfast) were disappointing in comparison to the last time we stayed. “Sorry, it’s grad week” was the refrain, but why not staff up in anticipation? Our room should have had twin beds, which it didn’t. Then there was little effort to help separate the mattresses, and while everyone was polite, the services were inconsistent and the food sub par for both directions one and breakfast.

Best hotel in town!

Another wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff as always were fabulous particularly Desiree when I popped in ahead of our stay to arrange leaving something in the room, she couldn’t have been more helpful. Thankyou to all for making our anniversary another memorable one 😊
