Ideally located in the heart of town, it is a short walk to most attractions. It is comfortable, quiet, and affordable, and the perfect getaway for couples or business people, who wish to see what Exmouth has on offer at a competitive price and a touch of luxury. Free high speed reliable NBN Wi-Fi and parking are available. Babies/toddlers are welcome and catered for.

Apartment is designed for two adults, but babies and toddlers can be catered for on request.
Spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms. Both heat and sound insulated, and have split air conditioners and overhead ceiling fans to easily combat very hot days.
Living area comprises a full modern kitchen with most appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils, and a comfortable lounge area.
Bedroom has a queen bed.
Full bathroom also houses a washing machine and drying rack with a shared clothes hoist nearby.
Living area furnishings include a dining table and chairs, a 2 lounge chairs and a large TV.
Alfresco area in front with an electric bbq, table and chairs.
