Room was not what was shown in the hotel. Com picture. Food prices were exorbitant compare to any hotel in the area plus quality was terrible. No Calvary menu for breakfast. The hotel bill was messed up. Two seperate bill , one for room and another for food. Some room charges were added to room charges. Even room order included service fees on top of higher food prices. I will not recommend any to stay at Hilton as they just want to make money on any thing you ask and no good service and excessive and multiple hidden charges. I like to ask for refund for bad services.

Room was spotless and kept very clean & tidy throughout our stay. Loved our balcony overlooking the gardens & harbour. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We ate breakfast on our day of arrival, it was a specialty Sunday breakfast which cost approximately $90 USD per person. The quality was mediocre. In the survey, we were asked if we enjoyed our free breakfast. We have no knowledge of a free breakfast being available to us so we cannot comment on that.

Beautiful place, very quiet and picturesque. Great view of the ocean with ships passing by. I would strongly recommend paying extra for a room with a balcony and ocean view.

The Hilton Hotel Tahiti was truly magical. The property itself is like a piece of art, it must have been recently renovated. At every turn there is handmade wood artwork, from the tables, to the walls, it’s a true Polynesian feel. The location is great, near the airport, and easy parking if you rent a car. Every staff member we came across was very friendly and made us feel at home. The pool is large and gorgeous, with great food and drink options available. We used the gym a few times as well which was pretty good for a hotel gym. We stayed 6 nights in a grand balcony room, which was very spacious and it was nice having a large private deck with a view. The restaurants are amazing. The food and drinks are not cheap, but it’s a fine dining experience. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet as it was expensive, instead we opted for the breakfast sandwiches in the lobby bar which was great. The cocktails in the lobby bar were very good. I have an allergy to all nuts, and they took it very seriously which was nice. Highly recommend this hotel, if we ever make it back to Tahiti we will stay here again.

The pool was gorgeous and the view from La Strada restaurant was fabulous! We had a great room with an extra-large balcony overlooking the pool and waterfront.

Pool was beautiful, as well as the property. Rooms were clean. Front desk service was slow, but that seems to be the Polynesian way. Had to order drinks or food for the pool at the desk pool. Dirty dishes or drink glasses not picked up around the pool - even after people left. Bar closed early at 10 pm

This is a beautiful transit hotel, meaning it is not a destination but a wonderful place to recover from long travel before moving on to the more sedate and glamorous islands of French Polynesia. The pool is as great as any resort I have visited, and I travel a lot. The rooms are huge. The staff is friendly from check in to check out. The connection to the mall via a direct bridge from The Hilton lobby is a huge plus. There is a wonderful French bakery in the mall within a five minute walk from the lobby. There is a grocery store and pharmacy and food court there as well. Also a nice, casual French restaurant. The Hilton’s drink and dining options are varied, but the prices are quite high, as expected, so the mall offers alternatives. We did find the Hilton’s Japanese restaurant to offer extraordinary sushi, albeit in a rather bland setting with staggering costs. You get what you pay for. In summary, I would stay here for a night or two before moving on to other islands or a cruise. The cost from the airport is about $20 US, and to the cruise port about the same. Again, the pool is a healer after extended travel.

Parking was easy! The crossover sidewalk to the mall a blessing in disguise. Checked in late because of flt delay. Walked in to dinner at 9 and hostess was trying to get us to eat elsewhere. Supreme ocean view room had a large tree in front of balcony with only a partial view of the ocean.
