Having been the family home of the owner, it was renovated in the winter of 2008 and is now ready and fully-equipped to welcome all guests who wish to enjoy nature's beauty.

The Villa in Pitsidia, Heraklion, Crete underwent extensive renovation in the winter 2008-2009 and was transformed into a house of high aesthetic and unparalleled beauty. It opened its doors in spring 2009 to offer its visitors the luxury of peace and quiet along with relaxation in a warm family environment.

Its unique location, just 1 km from the amazing beach of Komos and 3 km from the reputed beach of Matala, makes the Villa an ideal destination for both soul-searching travelers and businessmen who want to avoid the hassle of large tourist resorts while residing right next to them. Situated in a luscious green environment, next to Cretan olive groves and with a majestic view of Mt. Psiloriti, it is the best choice for all visitors.

Gepflegtes Haus in Strandnähe

Das Haus macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Das Vermieter Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und spricht fliessend englisch und deutsch. Im Aussenbereich gibt es einen grossen gemauerten Grill sowie einen Steinbackofen. Der Pool ist toll für die Kinder. In Pitsidia gibt es einige Restaurants sowie einen Supermarkt und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto 5 - 10 Minuten.
