Another great Hilton.

We love Falls Church area & this newest Hilton2 was grand. The king suite with amenities & lots of room was perfect to fully relax after a long day in DC. The metro is about a 10 min walk. Perfect location to store’s & restaurants. Wonderful staff & especially Front Desk. Only downside was poor quality of bathroom tissue. However, it’s outweighed by everything else especially the great Hilton pillows. Highly recommend Hilton 2 Suites!

Didn’t even get to stay there. The property was inconvenient to get in and out of to begin with, once we got checked in our room smelled and the air conditioner was leaking and the floor was soaked. They had no other rooms available to put us in and we had to change to a different hotel.

Brand new!

The hotel is brand new and some of the mapping services do not show it as an address. So you may have to look around for that. One of the maps that we referred to still showed the lot as dirt and undeveloped. The hotel is very nice, although the pillows were a little weird!

Lets start with Pros: 1. The property is new I have several CONs i experienced during my 2 day stay. 1. The property was very hard to find. I have to look up directions several times due to detours and construction in the area. There were no signs pointing me to the hotel while i was in route. 2. Parking is TERRIBLE. This is not the place to stay if you have any sort of disabilities or mobility issues. There is a parking lot that is literally connected to the hotel, but there was a sign out front that said parking was exclusively for patients of a local medical practice. 3. There was no place for guests to check in and drop off luggage. During my entire stay, there were people permanently parked in front of the hotel, which made luggage drop off and check in impossible. While construction is going on there is no place to stop without blocking the entire road. So I was forced to illegally park just to check in and obtain directions to where i was supposed to park. 4. The reception area to check in is located on the 2nd floor. I assumed there would be some sort of connection or fast access route to the garage. NOPE there isn't one. 5. The garage costs $12 a day and you are given a sheet of paper to get in and out the garage. I found that annoying and cumbersome. 6. I wasn't told about the elevator on the side of the building that would help you get to higher floors of the garage, without walking up and down all the ramps. Annoying that was left out. Not coming back!

This is great hotel. The room was comfortable, spacoius, very modern. The personel was great. Sandra at breakfass was helpful and kind, always willing to accomodate our needs. At the front desk they gave us what we needed promptly. The breakfast was pretty good, a lot of variety so, we were able to save time and head early to sigthseeing. I enjoyed my stay very much I highly recommend it. Be mindful parking it's not in the building you have to walk around the corner, but we were aware of it and it worked perfectly.

Great hotel once you figure out where it is.

Front desk was great! Room was well appointed and comfortable with great bedding. Nice breand again, wonderful staff. Big issue however was the fact that the hotel is in a construction area and is very difficult to find. Signage could be much better, and/or the website could give detailed instructions how to get to the hotel.
