A contemporary sectional sets the scene for relaxation in the living room. In the evening, kick back and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Choose from a selection of board games or watch a movie on the smart TV in the family room, featuring seating for four. An office nook provides a cushioned armchair and a desk with seating for two. Prepare your favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops and an array of helpful gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. LOVED being able to walk into town. And the reading nook/room on the bedroom level was a real bonus. well appointed kitchen with nice pots/pans- a plus for those that like to cook. everything was neat and clean. Would definitely stay here again

Weekend in Falmouth

Had a great stay in Falmouth visiting friends for the weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable, and in a great location just a couple blocks from downtown, easily walkable. Check in was very easy and the host had a very nice welcome basket as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect location.

This unit is situated in the heart of Falmouth extremely close to downtown walking to shops and restaurants. The beach is close. Property is clean and well stocked. Off the main road in very quiet. All in all perfect vacation.

Lovely Stay in Falmouth

The location was perfect - walking distance from the town center and beach. Falmouth is a lovely town with many options for shops, restaurants, bars etc. The layout of the house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting this home again.

A Rainy Vacation On Cape Cod!

Our vacation was dampened by the weather. This house was very clean and comfortable. However with that said it was not very well appointed. 1 bath towel per guest! The house had no extra trash bags, we received 3 pods of laundry detergent, 1 roll of paper towels, no Kleenex, no scissors, not even dish towels!!! The description said there was cable TV but there was none. We were in the house a lot because of so much rain and had no TV, never heard of such a thing!!!

Falmouth Modern Getaway was just as described & More! Immaculate & Welcoming, walking distance to Beach and downtown Falmouth. Comfortable beds fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Management was very accommodating when snow storm delayed our arrival a day.

Gorgeous clean beautifully furnished. 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms plus powder room. Only one block from Main St. Owner provides plenty of supplies books tourist info and toys for kids. Very quiet location. Heating worked well. Plenty of overhead lights and lamps. Highly highly recommend. Internet service excellent. Would happily stay again on next trip to the Cape.

Boston/Cape visit

This property is excellent, very very clean which is # 1 on my list of requirements. The location is centrally located and perfect for all our day trips to Martha’s Vineyard etc. Only complaint is that we could not get the TVs to stay on, and there are no closets in lower level available to guests. With 2 couples traveling together the lower level was the obvious 2nd bedroom choice since the upstairs had only twins in 2nd room. Otherwise it was great!!
