Room was very clean. I loved my balcony scene with my ocean view. The oxtails at the buffet were great. I love the Michael Jackson show overall it was a great experience. Thank you so much.

This is my second time visiting the hotel. Our family had a great time except one hiccup where the kiddie pool needs better supervision. One person should be at the top of the slide and one person should be supervising the pool. My 4 year old son ended up getting a black eye because one of the children mistakenly pushed him and there was no supervision on the top of the slide.

I had the most amazing stay at Hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. The hospitality here is truly unmatched—everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay special. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful—spotless, modern, and very well maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had a stunning view. The food was exceptional with so many delicious options at every meal, and the all-inclusive drinks and entertainment made the experience even better. The pools, beach access, and daily activities kept the atmosphere lively, yet it was also the perfect place to relax and recharge. I especially loved the evening shows—they were full of energy and talent! Overall, my experience was nothing short of perfect. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway, and I can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire team at Riu Palace Aquarelle for making my vacation so memorable! I will be back!

I enjoyed the ambiance of the property. The meals and amenities were good. The entertainment was just ok. However, this property just needs more. Maybe a lazy river, bowling alley, more pools etc..more to do..gets boring quick.. not ideal for a long stay.

I am not happy with the way Expedia handle my situation. The hotel did not have hot water for a day and a half. There has been no compensation by the hotel themselves.
