Beautiful resort, very clean and inviting. The staff are all great, excellent service by the pool and on the beach. The entertainment crew is top notch, very personable and entertaining for kids and adults. The restaurant menus are very small, and food wasn’t the best. The buffet was good with lots of options. The pool area tends to get very loud and inappropriate if you have children; not very family friendly.

The food was great, staff was super friendly, and grounds were well kept. Cons. sand was sprakling white but there were big rocks about 20 feet. Also the lower level floors had low water presure

Rooms are thoughtfully designed. Had a conjoined rooms providing privacy for parents with teenage kids. Plenty of activities during the day.. the only let down was transportation to the hotel was not reviewed 48hours in advance and we ended paying for our own transportation. Coating us $60 as opposed to $100 for something that really costs #30 for a return trip. Besides this letdown the hotel was great and would certainly go back

I had an amazing time! The safe are friendly and helpful. On days I didn’t leave the resort, there was still plenty on entertainment options. I like the different pools and ping pong table outside lol. It wasn’t overly crowded with children.

When tranquility and the serene; with an exciting touch of adrenaline and excitement, is what you crave. Then you’ve found the perfect place to find all those and so much more. The Servers are extraordinary and tend to you like family. The Entertainers are Outstanding!!! Even the Tour Director was exceptional, creating the best fun my family could imagine!!! The FOOD, absolutely no WORDS, culinary Masters create a sublime dining experience. Housekeeping goes above and beyond! Loved the Heart Symbol on the freshly made beds!
