It’s very quiet with a large room. The card reader on our door was broken and the bed was too soft for my husband. He had to sleep in the chair. You really do need an elevator.

Breakfast was suppose to be until 9:00 but was removed and closed early. No elevator. Not secure. Anyone could walk in outside back door. Outside back door couldn’t be closed.

Our room was located across from the laundry room, so it was quite humid and noisy. I wish the breakfast would have had more "filling" options with some sort of protein besides hard boiled eggs.

Clean and great staff. Only thing did not like was no elevator. Was traveling with someone using a walker and had to walk up stairs to 2nd floor room. The staff did let him move to a 1st floor room the 2nd day.

The hotel was older, not very clean, and wet. No dehumidifier happening, the carpet was spongy and even mold under the fridge.

The rooms need upkeep. There were marks on the walls and water spots on the ceiling. The lampshades were not clean. The bed and sheets were clean and new, which made the stay bearable. The staff were super friendly and respectful. We had no issues with the staff who were very apologetic and there really was nothing they could do. Better care of the rooms, walls, and furnishings is needed. This place at its rate would be fine if these property issues were taken care of immediately.

It was so-so, ok for a place to sleep

Breakfast wasn’t really anything to call home about. A hard boiled egg, cereal and a waffle. The shower pressure was terrible, water was cold and the shower head sprayed all over. The AC worked great, the pool and hot tub was great. The room was flagged as non-smoking but smelled like smoke bad. The bed was comfortable.

Perfect customer service

This hotel is perfect if you’re in town for any reason, but definitely if you’re here for wrestling!! Close to everything!! Downtown, Fargo dome, restaurants, etc. what really put it over the top was the staff!! Every person we talked with was awesome and helped us with anything we asked for. The hot tub was perfect for after the long days of sitting at the Fargodome.
