Small Suites, Not Vegan Friendly

The hotel was nice for the most part and the staff were very friendly. I did have a few gripes though. The "suite" that we rented was small. It would have been considered a normal room in most hotels, so I was quite disappointed when I walked into the room. I'd be hesitant to see what a normal room would be like. But there were very large windows on two sides of the room giving a nice view from the 11th floor. There was no microwave. If you wanted ice, you had to call the front desk and either go down there to get it or have them bring it up to you. We wanted to get room service, but there were no options for vegans other than a side of fruit in the morning. For that matter, the full menu of the restaurant has almost nothing to offer a vegan. We went across the street to Atomic Coffee to get a vegan sandwich.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are very nice and the bar and restaurant are great as well, although a little pricey. It is right in the middle of downtown though, so there are plenty of great food options within walking distance.

Looks awesome and great location. Should have Valet parking with the cold weather. Also the sink was clogged and bathroom was missing supplies. Service is the restaurant was extremely slow, both nights. Good food but very slow service.
