This is a beautiful, well-maintained, and recently-renovated 2-story house, with a finished basement. There are 2 bedrooms, with queen beds, on the main floor, and a huge master suite, also with a queen bed, on the 2nd floor. There is a sleeper sofa (hide-a-bed) in the basement, as well as a pack 'n play crib and inflatable mattress, which are located in the master suite walk-in closet. There are 3 full bathrooms, with each level of the home having its own. There is a cozy paver patio on the back side of the house, with a gas grill. Grilling utensils are located in the kitchen. There is a huge fenced-in backyard, and even a sandbox for the kiddos!

Guests have full access and 24-hour use of the entire property during their stay.

This house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, just off of 12th Avenue North. It is only 5 blocks east of the beautiful NDSU campus, and one block off of Broadway.

Take a stroll around this quiet residential area in north Fargo. You are just 5 blocks from the NDSU campus, which is an easy walk. The edge of downtown is 6 blocks away, but is a bit of a longer walk. There are an abundance of taxis and Uber/Lyft drivers available to get you where you want to go, as well.
