So I'm not crazy picky, give me a friendly staff, a clean bed and a clean shower and I'm good! So staff has been great, bed is clean n comfy and bathroom/shower great. Lobby is small and staff does not greet you when you walk in ( they sit in the back and you call for them). Carpet in room and curtains had staining. Haven't had breakfast yet but the area for it seems to be good size. Pool area is tiny so not even going to check it out.

We have stayed at this hotel previously but found it not as good this time. No one cleaned the room for the three nights we stayed or even just asked if we needed anything. We had a burnt out light bulb in our bathroom as soon as we checked in and we asked for a replacement at the front desk. They said they would let maintenance know but the next day we had to find a maintenance man ourselves to get a light bulb. He didn't know we needed one he said. The sausages at breakfast were very dried out like they have been reheated several times and the juice machine had warm juice. Also no orange juice on the last day. No fruit of any kind at breakfast. The price was good but the hotel isn't managed like it once was.

Our stay was fine. Positives: Beds were comfortable. Check in staff was friendly. Otherwise everything was sort of “mid” as my teenager would say. The condition of the hotel wasn’t the best; lots of scratched walls and chipped paint in halls and the room. Our shower wouldn’t work; could only take a bath. I tried to share this at checkout, but no one was around to communicate with.

The room was not very clean at all. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom.The front desk staff did bring us some when we told her, but that should have been restocked by the cleaning staff. The bedding and towels did not smell fresh. The breakfast did not have a lot of options, and the counters and tables did not get wiped frequently enough.

We had two rooms for our family. We got in late so were ready to get our kids to bed. When we got to the first room, there was food or who knows what splattered around the door frame. The second room did NOT have a clean bathroom. There was poop smeared a splattered just below the rim.... and a lot of it. How disgusting. We told them at the front desk three times and the just said they needed to find the manager to address this. The manager was no where to be found and never offered a discount or an apology for this absolutely disgusting level of cleanliness. It begs the question.. what else isn't clean? The sheets? Towels? Floor? There were also no towels in the pool area. It was a huge disappointment! Especially because I chose this hotel over others because it had better reviews. I also noticed the cleaning staff just sitting on the beds in deep conversations on their phones when we were ready to leave. Not a good place to stay if you value a clean place to stay or any responsiveness from management. None! Choose another place! Do not stay here!!!!!

This was an awful experience at this place. We arrived in evening and went into room to get settled in. Then wanted to put some water in fridge and was disgusted with the smell that filled the whole room. It was gross and smelled like a dead animal. Called and went dow to front desk and had to repack and change rooms. Got the next room and started to unpack again, only to notice the door didn’t lock,looking in drawer and find a broken clock, and half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We were just too tired to change rooms again and stayed the night that seemed very noisy. Breakfast was very minimal and staff was no where to ask for help for more milk or supplies. There should be more staff available to take care of things,the attendant at the front desk was overwhelmed and tried to help. Will not be coming back here and suggest you look elsewhere.
