First room had dirty mattress cover (appeared to be blood). Told front desk staff, who gave us a different room. Second room also had dirty mattress covers and top blanket. Everything just seemed dirty and old. There was a bottle of soap that had leaked out on the shower ledge. Bathroom fan vent was disgusting. Overall, hallways smelled and our room smelled of smoke at times. Carpet is rolled up in multiple areas. Breakfast poor. Will not return.

The woman who checked us in was very sweet and kind. She got us our keys right away and we were able to get right up to the room, which we appreciated with our late night arrival. Once we got upstairs, our room had not been vacuumed - the carpets were very dirty. A throw pillow was in a lamp, the bathroom drain was broken and stuck shut, there was dirt in the bottom of the shower, The shelf that the fridge was on was broken and dirty. We requested a different room for the night. We were given a different, cleaner room, but even that room had a broken door handle, and the dispensers in the shower were broken as well. We just slept and left right away in the morning. No one was available at the front desk to check out, so it was just online. We were supposed to get a discount on the room we ended up staying in, I am not sure yet if that happened as I had prepaid. Very disappointing. We had stayed here in the past and had not had issues, it seems to have definitely gone downhill.

Just a disgusting place. You can tell they renovated the place but it’s just lipstick on a pig. Staff wasn’t friendly. Half the staff had tattoos on their necks and faces. Just total bums. Lobby floors were constantly filthy (don’t blame winter. This was never clean).

Super friendly check in Sunday late afternoon then went shopping for a few hours. Came back to find I had rambunctious next door neighbors with dogs and loud kids. I went down to front desk to request a different room and the person at desk was completely understanding and got me a much quieter room. First room was larger and bathroom was stocked with shampoo/conditioner and lotion 2nd room had none of that for some reason. Bed was comfy and got a good night sleep and later check out. Overall I’d rate 4.5 out of 5 stars

Entire 3rd floor smelled very strongly of weed. There were rust stains in the bathtub. The front desk employee tried entering our room about an hour after we checked in and gave an excuse that tge room was supposed to be empty. He was the one that assigned us the room and gave us the key. Very strange experience. Plenty of better hotels to choose from in the area. Will not stay there again.

There is no shuttle. Foyer messy, but to their defense it was snowy and messy and hard to keep up with wet traffic. Front desk staff amazing. Gym great. Breakfast not so good. My room was clean but bathroom tub needed some attention. Moldy shower curtain and some pluming issues in tub. However. With that said I would stay again because staff was so very helpful and it was within walking distance to Sanford medical center where I needed to be.
