Newer house with modern style separate "mother-in-law" type apartment having private entrances. Set on 2.5 acres. Fenced lot. 1 car attached garage for guests. Open concept kitchen/living room area. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Entire unit is approximately 1,500 sq. feet. Primary bedroom's bath has walk in jetted tub with separate shower, queen bed, Dish satellite system feeds 60" screen TV in the primary bedroom, living room has 65" curved OLED TV and a 32" flat screen TV in guest bedroom. Full guest room bath. Twin top and full bottom bunk bed with additional pull out twin trundle bed. Living room sofa/futon can be used as a twin bed. Kitchen has a double oven, dishwasher, large double door refrigerator, separate pull out cooling drawer, pull out freezer drawer and ice maker/ cold water dispenser. Large screened in attached porch opens to a gated fenced in-ground swimming pool that is constant kid-friendly 54 inches deep. Pool open late spring to early fall, weather permitting. Poll has a passive solar water heater. Only 5 minutes to Farmington with Starbucks, McDonalds, Wendy's Dairy Queen, Walmart Neighborhood Market and many other restaurants and amenities. Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas is only 10 minutes away. Crystal Bridges art museum, Walmart world headquarters, Amuseum children's museum within 15 miles. Numerous historical and tourist sites nearby. Excellent restaurants and eateries very close as well as in the area.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Check-out – 11:00am. Please wash, dry, and put away any dirty dishes as well as dry and put away any clean dishes that may be in the dishwasher. Return the emergency door key back to the island.
You don’t have to make the beds. Leave any wet towels, etc. in the sink or bathtubs. Please be sure all lights are turned off, inside and out as well as the screened porch fan(s).
Please put any garbage in a plastic garbage bag and place it outside the game room door. If you need any help with your onward journey, let us know.

Perfect Stay

Weekend getaway

Rich and Carol are great host and very attentive. The property was more than what we had anticipated. It was a great place to hang out with our college age, daughter and her friends. The game room and pool kept us all happy. The kitchen was well stocked and made making meals easy. If by chance there wasn’t something there, Carol was on it and returned with the item request requested.

Fabulous place in the country

This place is wonderful! The location is fabulous and just 15 minutes from Fayetteville so super convenient. Plenty of great seating in the den, the bathrooms are awesome and the closets are big. The place was very clean upon our arrival. There are great instructions printed for everything in the house. Will definitely stay there again.

We can’t rate it high enough!

Oh my … Rich and Carol were our hosts, and they were THE BEST. Their apartment in which we spent the weekend was magnificent in every way- meticulously clean, beautiful, and even had a stocked coffee bar. They were the nicest people and the apartment was a jewel! And we thoroughly enjoyed the game room. Great Location with Peace and Quiet

Everything was perfect for our stay. The host was excellent with anything we needed. Very knowledgable about the area and super accommodating on our stay. We came in town for a razorback game and to visit with family and this home served that purpose. I 10/10 recommend it and if we are ever in town again, will try to stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a good location

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations and the hospitality given by Rich and his wife Carol. We were in the area from out of state for an annual visit with Family. Farmington Fresh allowed my wife and 3 kids (2 babies) the opportunity to enjoy family all day and then have relaxing nights with our normal nighttime routine. The pool and the game room was a bonus to our accommodations and we took full advantage of them plus all the other little extras that were provided to us by the host. The property is a must stay. Richard and his wife were a pleasure upon arrival. We were taking my daughter to move into U of A for the semester and Richard made us feel welcome and at home. He was very knowledgeable about the area, and his home was just what we needed after a 8.5 hour drive from Texas. The house has plenty of towels, sheets, top notch amenities like the game room and pool which my girls loved! Richard, thank you for making this next chapter in our daughters life seamless. We already are looking forward to returning!

A Great Place To Getaway For All Ages

I was pleasantly surprised at all of the activities we were able to do at this very nice and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a pool and game room. There was no need to go anywhere else to look for entertainment. We brought our own food and didn’t leave until the time came to go home.

The house itself was very nice. Instructions where everything was and how to use was very helpful. I only have two concerns - the pool water was very warm( due to solar panels) also the weather eas very hot so the pool had algae and a lot of bugs. The dog next door was very annoying - it barked constantly, which made our dog very anxious. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay,

Anniversary vacation

This place is amazing! The owner was extremely attentive to our questions and very timely if we needed assistance. The ambience was very relaxing and entertaining- great pool, fun games and activities on the property, quiet and peaceful. This was exactly the type of space we dreamed of to spend some relaxing get-away time with each other and our dogs. We recommend this space to anyone traveling with or without pets.
