The villa is independent and located in the quiet countryside of Fasano, just minutes from the center of Fasano and Pezze Di Greco. It is about 18 km from Ostuni, 10 from Cisternino and 30 from Alberobello, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. The airports of Bari and Brindisi are about 60 km. The property is surrounded by a Mediterranean style garden of about 800sqm. In the garden there is an outdoor shower covered in mosaic and also provided with hot water for a relaxing shower when returning from the sea. There are two convenient parking spaces on the property. There are two entrances one driveway and one pedestrian. The owners live in the farm near the villa and therefore can be at your disposal for all your needs. In the nearby Masseria Salamina it is also possible to buy organic products or to book in the renowned restaurant.
