The house has been recently remodeled and has brand new king and queen beds and appliances/floors. The house has a brand new hot tub as well with amazing views off of it.



The Space:

The house is a spacious 3,200 square feet. It has 4 bedrooms. One king bedroom and one full bedroom upstairs. Both bedrooms upstairs have panoramic views off of them. The downstairs has a king bedroom and another queen bedroom. Downstairs, in the game room, are 2 - twin over full bunk beds as well.



There is ample space to spread out across the property with a huge outdoor deck and multiple outdoor seating areas. Enjoy amazing views and peaceful nature right in the middle of Fayetteville, close and convenient to everything!

Getting Around:

The best way to get here is by car or Uber. The driveway is a private drive with a gate. You will be given the gate code as well as a fob to open the gate with upon your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

- Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 guests. Four extra guests up to 12 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a larger security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
