I had to call the hotel before we arrived because I realized I booked the wrong date. Clay (I believe was his name) took care of it for me with no problems. What a relief. Huge thanks to him. I didn’t catch her name but the lady that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. We had a short but great visit thank you!

Well, the lady at the front desk on Monday morning 11am March 10, 2025 was very rude to my wife and the GM was worse than her. Complained about my dog even though we had no complaints. We left 2 days early because we felt unwanted. They must learn how to speak to their customers, customer service was terrible. Even though I’d stay at similar properties, never at this particular one ever again. Ty

The suites are incredible. Love the room divider and the large bathrooms. Room design is unique and functional. Will be looking at Springhill Suites as our first choice in stays.
