This brand new construction was thoughtfully designed with plenty of outdoor living space for families and friends to gather. Enjoy the proximity to Dickson Street, U of A, and many biking and running trails.

We are pet friendly and the yard is fully fenced.

The primary suite is on the main floor and has a large bathroom with a walk in shower attached. Two bedrooms are upstairs with a large hall bathroom in between that features a shower/tub combo and double sinks.

This is a beautifully decorated brand new house. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable! Great location with easy access to bike/walking paths and anything else you want to do in town. With that said, the house is very close to a busy road and can be loud when traffic is heavy. Kitchen is well stocked and beautiful. The only gripe I have is that the living room area in this house is oddly small with uncomfortable furniture. Wasn’t a very comfortable space to lounge and watch tv. Our door code would work intermittently…not sure if the batteries were dying. I messaged the owner and never got a response.

A lot of restrictions and rules regarding visitors which is not clear on the listing. Also not transparent about parking for your stay. Anybody other than the people staying in the vbro is considered an event by this host. I was in town visiting family and friends and was not allowed to have them over for coffee during the day. I have never had this be an issue before at any other Vbro. More concerned about the neighbors. FYI they know they are living near a Vrbo and are lovely. Otherwise nice house.

On very rare occasions I will stay at a VRBO and wish I could give 6 stars! This property in one of those times. Everything is as described or honestly even better than described. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fayetteville if this property is available. As others have also noted, the communication is excellent. If you book this property, consider yourself VERY fortunate!

Fantastic Fayetteville House

I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Fayetteville area. The house was extremely clean and felt like a brand new house with all modern decor and touches. Very convenient to downtown Fayetteville, campus, etc. The covered parking spots was also a very nice bonus. We had no issues or complaints with our stay. And the owner was very responsive. We will definitely stay at this beautiful property again.

Great Place Near U of A Campus and a safe place for our furry friends!
