First time at Tru by Hilton

The hotel was very clean and all personnel that we encountered were polite, friendly and ready to help. Just a note, no coffee maker in the room, however there is a small fridge (no freezer section). They do have coffee and tea in the lobby. It was just warm at 6:00pm check in but very hot and very good the next morning! We were not bothered by outside noise. The breakfast was ok and the lady taking care of it very helpful and kept it clean as well. We would stay again when visiting Fayetteville.

I do not like the lack of storage to put your belongings away. There wasn't a closet or drawers. The hotel was also extremely noisy and the beds were hard.

We were late getting to hotel due to traffic/weather. The night clerk was welcoming & happy to fulfill my request for non-feathered pillows & an extra blanket. Breakfast staff were friendly & attentive. Compared to a different hotel we had stayed at the night before, it was refreshing to stay at such a fresh & clean place for a quick sleep before continuing on our way.

The room was nice, tv great, chair to sit in very uncomfortable as in no padding, small problem, housekeeping could not speak english so that was a slight ding from 5 to 4. Coffee bar excellent, front staff excellent. This is a Outstanding location for dining, and quick access to Ft. Liberty
