Upon arrival, guests must pay a 300 € security deposit in cash. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the property is left in agreed conditions.
If previously agreed, the deposit will be used to cover electricity consumption (after checking the meter).
Electricity costs are charged separately: 10 € per day.
Final cleaning fee: 195 €.
Parking: Outdoor parking/garage available, no reservation needed.
Additional Services:
A crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request.
Second crib: Available for 10 € per day.
Extra bed (available in certain rooms): 28 € per day.
